Staff, roles and permissions

Members join through invitations and are organized with a role hierarchy — from Business Owner to Employee, plus custom roles you define yourself. Each role carries a permission set that decides exactly what that person can see and do: who can view the balance, invite staff, manage departments or approve leave. Role colors are used consistently across the staff list, schedule and reports.

Scheduling, availability and attendance

Managers build the schedule against each employee's availability, including vacation exceptions. On the day, employees clock in and out; attendance records compute worked minutes, support breaks, and keep an append-only history of every correction — nothing is silently edited.

Tasks, meetings, leave and communication

Daily operations live in the same workspace: tasks with assignees and status flow, meetings with participant notifications, leave requests with an approval path, company-wide or targeted announcements with read receipts, and a document store for policies and training files with visibility control.
